Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Truli Skincare LLC ("Truli Skincare," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information with care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By purchasing our ebook, booking a session, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are

Truli Skincare is a skincare brand owned and operated by Truli Skincare LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, USA. Our published works, including the Hormonal Skin Reset Guide, are produced under our publishing entity Timeless Beauty Odyssey. Our contact address is Atlanta, Georgia. Our contact email is info@truliskincare.com.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our products and services, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations. The specific information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

When you purchase the Hormonal Skin Reset Guide

When you book a Barrier Clarity Session

Please note: Some of the intake questions may relate to sensitive health-adjacent information (such as medications or skin conditions). We treat this information with additional care. It is used solely to provide you with personalized skincare guidance during your session and is not shared with third parties for any marketing or commercial purpose.

When you email us or contact us

When you sign up for our newsletter

Newsletter signup is opt-in only. Purchasing the ebook or booking a session does not automatically enroll you in our newsletter. If you want to receive updates, tips, or announcements from Truli Skincare, you must sign up separately through a dedicated newsletter signup form.

Client photos (Barrier Clarity Session clients only)

If you consent, we may collect photos of your skin during or after your session for the purpose of tracking progress or documenting your consultation. Photos are collected only with your prior written or verbal consent. Consented photos are stored securely in our cloud storage (Microsoft OneDrive) and are used solely for the purposes for which you consented. Photos are never published, shared publicly, or used for marketing purposes without a separate signed release from you.

Testimonials

If you provide a testimonial and consent to its publication, we will publish it in a limited-identity format — typically first name and last initial only (for example, "Sandra M.") — with no accompanying photograph. We will not publish your last name, full identity, photograph, or other identifying details without your separate signed consent.

When you visit our website

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Like all web hosts, Netlify collects standard server logs, which may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is used for basic site operation, security, and aggregate analytics (for example, seeing which pages are most visited). It is not used to individually track or identify visitors.

We do not use client-side tracking scripts on our website. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any similar tracking or advertising technologies. We do not use cookies to track or identify visitors.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our business, we rely on third-party service providers who process personal information on our behalf. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We list them here so you know who has access to your information.

Payhip

Processes ebook checkout, delivers digital files, handles receipts, and manages VAT and sales tax where required. See Payhip's Privacy Policy.

Stripe

Processes payments underneath Payhip. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Calendly

Manages Barrier Clarity Session booking, scheduling, and reminders. Names, email addresses, and intake responses submitted through Calendly are stored on Calendly's servers. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft 365 (Outlook and OneDrive)

Hosts our business email (info@truliskincare.com) and cloud storage. Client emails, intake form responses, and consented client photos may be stored within Microsoft 365 services. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

Manages our newsletter and email marketing. Only names and email addresses of individuals who have separately opted in to the newsletter are stored with Kit. See Kit's Privacy Policy.

Netlify

Hosts our website. Collects standard server logs as described above. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

Future services

As our business grows, we may add additional service providers to support international clients or improve our services. Providers we anticipate adding in the future include WhatsApp Business (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.) for international client communication. If and when we add new services that handle your personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We do not currently use any customer relationship management (CRM) system. Basic client records may be kept using standard Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel, or Microsoft Lists.

Marketing Communications and Your Choices

We only send marketing or newsletter emails to individuals who have explicitly and separately opted in to receive them. Purchasing the ebook or booking a session does not sign you up for our newsletter.

If you have opted in and later change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect the transactional emails you receive as part of an active purchase or booking (such as receipts and session confirmations).

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@truliskincare.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required by law, within 30 days.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. Payment information is handled by Payhip and Stripe under industry-standard PCI-DSS security. Files and records stored in Microsoft OneDrive benefit from Microsoft's encryption and security infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals, such as by email or a notice on our website.
