Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Truli Skincare LLC ("Truli Skincare," "we," "us," or "our") handles refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for our products and services. By purchasing our ebook or booking a Barrier Clarity Session, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Digital Products — Hormonal Skin Reset Guide

The Hormonal Skin Reset Guide is a digital PDF ebook delivered electronically at the time of purchase. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, all sales of the ebook are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

Case-by-case flexibility

We understand that unusual circumstances can arise. If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase — for example, the download link fails to work, the file is corrupted, or another verifiable problem prevents you from accessing the guide — please contact us at info@truliskincare.com within seven (7) days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include reissuing the download link, replacing a corrupted file, or, at our sole discretion, providing a refund.

Requests for refunds based on preference — such as changing your mind, deciding the content is not what you expected, or no longer wanting the guide — do not qualify for a refund because the digital product has already been delivered.


Barrier Clarity Session — Cancellations and Rescheduling

The Barrier Clarity Session is a 30-minute one-on-one consultation delivered via video call and followed by a written summary of your personalized plan. Because the session reserves a specific time slot on our calendar, the following policy applies.

Cancellations 24 or more hours in advance

You may cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. In this case, you may choose either:

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund. However, we will allow you one (1) reschedule at no additional charge as a courtesy. Subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for further rescheduling.

No-shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and did not cancel in advance, the session is forfeited. No refund will be issued and no rescheduling will be offered. This policy protects the time and availability reserved for you and for other clients.

Rescheduling in advance

You may reschedule your session as many times as needed, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the currently scheduled session time. There is no limit on rescheduling as long as this notice window is respected.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please email info@truliskincare.com with the following information:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within three (3) business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and to prohibit future purchases from your account. We strongly encourage you to contact us first at info@truliskincare.com — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated Effective Date.
