Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, website, and content provided by Truli Skincare LLC ("Truli Skincare," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our ebook, booking a Barrier Clarity Session, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Our services are intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By purchasing the ebook, booking a session, or otherwise using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from using our services under the laws of your jurisdiction
If we discover that a person under 18 has purchased or accessed our services, we will terminate the account and delete any associated personal information.
2. Our Services
Truli Skincare currently offers the following:
Hormonal Skin Reset Guide
A digital PDF ebook currently priced at $27 USD. Delivered electronically at the time of purchase through Payhip.
Barrier Clarity Session
A 30-minute one-on-one skincare consultation currently priced at $47 USD, delivered by video call and followed by a written summary of your personalized plan. Booked through Calendly.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce new products and services at any time. Prices are subject to change; however, price changes will not affect purchases already completed at the previous price.
3. Purchase, Delivery, and Access
All payments are processed by Payhip and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Payhip's and Stripe's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
The Hormonal Skin Reset Guide is delivered as a downloadable PDF. Each purchase includes access to the download link for up to three (3) downloads within ninety (90) days of purchase. Downloaded PDFs may be stamped with the purchaser's name and email address for security purposes.
The Barrier Clarity Session is delivered by video call at the time you schedule through Calendly. A written summary of your personalized plan is delivered by email within a reasonable period after the session.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
All refund, cancellation, and rescheduling requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before making a purchase.
5. License and Permitted Use of Digital Content
When you purchase the Hormonal Skin Reset Guide, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the ebook for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the ebook with any other person
- Post the ebook or any portion of it on any website, forum, social media, file-sharing service, or similar platform
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the ebook
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or identifying information (including the PDF stamping on your download)
- Use the ebook or its content for any commercial purpose, including as part of your own paid course, ebook, service, or program
All content in the Hormonal Skin Reset Guide, on our website, and in written session summaries — including text, photographs, illustrations, structure, and design — is the intellectual property of Truli Skincare LLC and Timeless Beauty Odyssey. All rights are reserved.
6. Barrier Clarity Session Conduct
By booking a Barrier Clarity Session, you agree to the following:
- You will attend the session at the scheduled time or reschedule/cancel per our Refund Policy
- You will provide accurate information in any intake form or during the session, so we can give you useful guidance
- You will not record, photograph, or share any part of the session without our prior written consent
- You understand the session is educational and not a medical consultation (see Section 8)
We reserve the right to end a session early, decline to reschedule, or refuse future services if a client behaves inappropriately, abusively, or in a way that prevents us from safely and productively delivering the session.
7. Testimonials, Photos, and Consent
If you choose to provide a testimonial about your experience, you grant Truli Skincare permission to publish your testimonial using first name and last initial only (for example, "Sandra M."), without accompanying photograph, unless you provide separate signed consent for a different format.
Any photographs of your skin taken during or in connection with a session are collected only with your consent and are used only for the purposes for which you consented. They will not be published or shared publicly without your separate signed release.
You may withdraw consent for the use of a testimonial or photograph at any time by contacting us at info@truliskincare.com. We will remove the content from any active use within a reasonable period after receiving your request.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Important — please read carefully.
Truli Skincare is operated by a licensed esthetician, licensed esthetics instructor, and Dermalogica Expert. The Hormonal Skin Reset Guide, the Barrier Clarity Session, and all other content and services offered by Truli Skincare are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Our services do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. They are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified licensed physician, dermatologist, or other medical professional.
By purchasing our ebook, booking a session, or otherwise using our services, you specifically acknowledge and agree that:
- Our content is educational and routine-focused, not medical
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, dermatological, or other health condition
- You are responsible for your own skincare decisions and for the products, ingredients, and routines you choose to use
- You should consult a licensed physician or dermatologist before starting any new skincare routine or ingredient, especially if you have a diagnosed skin condition, take medications that affect the skin, are pregnant or nursing, or have any other health concerns
- You should discontinue use of any product or routine and consult a healthcare provider if you experience an adverse skin reaction, irritation, or any concerning symptom
- Results from any skincare routine or session vary significantly from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome
- Any recommendations in our content are general in nature and may not be appropriate for your individual circumstances
Nothing in our services should delay or replace the professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment of any skin or health condition by a qualified medical provider.
9. No Guarantees
While we work in good faith to provide accurate, thoughtful, and useful skincare guidance based on current understanding of the field, we make no warranties, representations, or guarantees about:
- The results you will experience from following the ebook, the session recommendations, or any other content
- The suitability of specific ingredients or products for your individual skin
- The absence of adverse reactions
- Any specific improvement in the appearance, health, or condition of your skin
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truli Skincare LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, the ebook, or any session, including but not limited to damages for adverse skin reactions, product interactions, delayed medical care, loss of profits, or emotional distress, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of our services exceed the total amount you paid to Truli Skincare in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truli Skincare LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Truli Skincare — including the Hormonal Skin Reset Guide, our website, written session summaries, images, illustrations, brand names, logos, and design — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Truli Skincare" and "Timeless Beauty Odyssey" are the trade names of Truli Skincare LLC. All rights are reserved. No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under Section 5 of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, revoke your ebook license, or refuse future purchases if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, initiate an unwarranted chargeback, or otherwise act in a manner that harms our business or other clients.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Changes apply prospectively — they will not retroactively affect purchases or bookings completed before the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after the updated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truli Skincare LLC regarding your use of our services.
